BAESIN Gas Filling Station is designed for a wide range of gases - including CO₂, O₂, N₂, Ar, H₂, He, Air... Our gas filling stations offer flexible, automated filling solutions tailored to different media and container types. For liquefied gases such as CO₂, the station supports weight-based filling: the system is equipped with an external electronic scale. Once the preset weight is reached, the scale sends a feedback signal to the filling system, which automatically shuts off the filling process. For non-liquefied inert gases(such asN₂, Ar, He)the system operates with pressure-based filling: a precision electronic pressure gauge ensures automatic shut-off at the preset pressure. For flammable gases (H2, CH₄, C₂H₂, CO) and strongly oxidizing gases (O2), the station can be equipped with explosion-proof electronic pressure gauges and an explosion-proof PLC control system- ensuring safe operation in hazardous environments. The system is compatible with cylinders of various capacities (2L, 4L, 8L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 40L, etc.) and different valve sizes- accommodating standard industrial cylinders as well as specialized containers. We can also customize filling adapters to match your specific cylinder connections. For special-purpose cylinders- such as soda CO₂ cylinders(0.6L, 0.95L, 2.2L, 3.3L, etc.) - we offer dedicated filling machines. Each machine is equipped with custom filling fixtures integrated with weight sensors, and filling programs specific to different cylinder types. Simply place the cylinders on the fixtures and press the start button - the system will automatically fill to the preset weight and shut off upon completion.
